CIPER Consulting

Historically, the Cabinet CIPER Consulting operates as a consultancy service aimed at the financial autonomy of the local NGO CIPER asbl founded in 2001 in Cameroon by a team of university students and approved in 2008 in Burundi.

It is therefore a question of process innovation led by its promoter, the business expert Mr. Oscar RWASA.

Legally, it was incorporated as a private commercial company under Burundian law in December 2013.

Since January 2018, the firm has been organized as a design and methods office in order to create new added value in the offer of local expertise by internalizing the Research and Development activity.
